Birthday Party Planning

This year planning Kaitlynn's birthday party is so much easier than the first 2 years. Date, time and location were taken care of over a week ago. Theme was picked out (by Kaitlynn) on Saturday night. Invitations were ordered last night. Guest list has been set for awhile. We are prepared! Now we just need to find a bakery that can make a cake to go along with her theme and buy a few decorations.

  2. I totally agree. As they get older, parties get easier. Last year, my 9 year old did a "flag football" game at a neighborhood park. In total, the party cost me about $30, including cake, favors and such. I've spent hundreds before!!!!!!! A welcome change.

  5. I'll pass on more party info (including theme) after I send out invitations (in the next few weeks). I'm waiting just in case there are any last minute changes she wants to make.
